Costa De Cocos Hotel - Xcalak

The location was perfect for getting away from crowds and enjoying a natural setting. The rustic cabanas provided a comfortable and cool place to relax with the ocean breeze and hammocks. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more fun. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the fresh fish. The diving experience with the included dive shop was really good, with Ruth and Javier providing a nice underwater adventure. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Nestled within vast nature, this hotel is well-located near the XTC dive shop, the ocean, and the ruins. the rooms are comfortable, with full bathrooms and good views from their terrace. the breakfast is included, and the staff is friendly, always willing to help. For entertainment, the hotel offers fishing, diving, and snorkeling facilities, and guests can easily access the private boat dock. Some previous guests have also highlighted the available excursions and the great value for money.

The hotel lacks attention to detail when it comes to maintenance. Some guests have reported some wear and tear, especially in door frames, windows, and bathroom fixtures.

Located off the beaten path, this hotel on the coast offered a quiet and peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food was tasty and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The fresh fish on the menu was a highlight, especially when served with a cold beer. Another plus was the opportunity to go fishing or take a dip in the salty water.

The room we stayed in was not well-maintained and needed some serious cleaning. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom fixtures had seen better days.

I loved how peaceful and serene this hotel was, located on a calm sea and away from the crowds. The staff was amazing, and I really enjoyed the tasty meals at the hotel restaurant. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and it was convenient to be located close to both the restaurant right off the small fishing boat and the dive shop.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel offered a nice and cozy atmosphere with its cabins which were just a few meters away from the sea. the wind mill was an interesting touch because of the clean energy it provided to the property. the nearby coral reefs and mangroves allowed guests to have a great eco-touristic experience.

The prices of the items served at the hotel's restaurant were more than what the guests expected. there was a problem with the water supply in the morning which was quite inconvenient for the guests.
